How is significant investment in infrastructure and key sectors such as energy transforming the North West property sector? The changing face of the region is set to be discussed at this year’s Business of Property Conference, with Jane Gaston, Development Director of Protos, a key industry speaker.

The morning event is being hosted by North West Insider at Hotel Football in Manchester, where Jane will sit alongside other leading industry experts to examine the sectors driving the property landscape within the Northern Powerhouse.

Speaking in preparation for the conference, Jane Gaston said:

“I’m really looking forward to shining a light on how significant infrastructure and growth is driving opportunities for property development. Protos typifies how unlocking international funding in infrastructure can stimulate increased inward investment and attract property deals. The first plots at our energy and innovation destination are already under construction, with more to follow.

“But there’s a greater opportunity at play. Growth in key sectors such as science and energy research can be the catalyst for the clustering of complementary businesses, which all have common requirements for low-cost energy, accommodation and connectivity. A such, property development and regeneration can be inherently linked to the success of such sectors, with the creation of thriving supply chains to support new and expanding industries.”
